Dev note: moving to a Tuesday release cadence

Since launch, the team had been patching every Thursday to catch the most critical issues while it was at full pace. From 1.6.0 on, the release window and store rotation move to Tuesdays. With the winter holiday approaching, the team is also taking a much-needed break, continuing to monitor and work on critical issues during it. The larger Cold Snap update was set for the following Tuesday.
